"Felt stuck dealing with warranty support"
I had a really frustrating time trying to get help with a warranty issue. The replies took forever, and every time I heard back it felt like I was being pushed in circles instead of getting any real help. I kept explaining the same thing over and over, and it started to feel like they were just waiting for me to give up. I felt trapped in the process and never got anywhere. I won’t be buying from them again

"Felt awkward paying that much"
The parts themselves look solid, so I don’t want to sound like I’m trashing them or anything, but the prices on neuspeed.com felt a little hard to swallow. I was kind of embarrassed afterward because I realized I’d seen similar stuff for less elsewhere, and then the shipping cost made it feel even worse. It’s not a terrible experience, just tough to justify buying direct.

"Install took longer than I thought"
The install went okay overall, but it definitely took longer than I expected. The instructions felt a bit vague in a few spots, so I kept second-guessing whether I was doing it right. Maybe it was just me, but clearer steps would’ve made the whole thing a lot easier.

"Not many options for my car"
I tried looking for some basic parts for my car, but the selection was really limited and kind of disappointing. On top of that, having to go through verification over and over again got annoying fast. It just made the whole experience feel more frustrating than it needed to be.

The parts felt way overpriced for the quality. I was already disappointed, and when I reached out to support, it kind of felt like they were blaming me instead of actually trying to help. Just didn’t feel worth the money overall.

I bought this expecting it to hold up for a while, but it ended up breaking after just a few months. What made it more annoying was that the communication around what to do next wasn’t very clear, so I felt like I was left guessing. Disappointing overall

"Fitment was a little off"
The fitment wasn’t quite perfect right out of the box, so I had to tweak it a bit to get it sitting right. Anyway, it worked out in the end, but it did take a little adjusting.

I picked up a Neuspeed intake and overall I’ve been really happy with it. When I took it out of the box, the quality felt solid right away, and nothing seemed cheap or flimsy. The fitment was good too, which made the install feel straightforward. Packaging was decent and everything arrived in good shape. My only real complaint is that it’s a bit on the pricey side, so I’d probably give it 4 stars for that reason. Still, I’m happy with the purchase.

"Shipping was painfully slow"
I ordered these parts thinking it’d be a quick turnaround, but the shipping seriously felt like it took forever. What made it more annoying was the lack of updates, so I was just sitting there wondering where my order even was. the whole thing was frustrating and I’m not happy with the experience...

I reached out with a fitment question and they did help me eventually, but for some reason the replies took a couple days each time. The answers were useful enough, just a bit short and not as detailed as I was hoping. Overall, it was okay, just not the fastest support experience

I’m not saying the return process was terrible or anything, because it did work in the end. It just took longer than I thought it would, and the updates weren’t exactly clear along the way. I did get my refund eventually, so that part was okay, but I still feel like it could’ve been a lot smoother.

"Confusing emails and not much clarity"
I reached out with what I thought was a simple question about my order, but the replies I got were vague and didn’t really answer it. Reading between the lines, it felt like they were sending a canned response instead of actually looking at what I wrote.
I ended up having to email again just to piece together what was going on. The parts themselves might be totally fine, but the back-and-forth was frustrating enough that it left a bad impression.

I ordered a few parts and had a question right after checkout, so I reached out to support just to be safe. It took a few days to hear back, and when they did reply, it was brief. The parts themselves were fine, no issues there, but I’d definitely be a little more cautious next time and make sure I have everything figured out before ordering. Customer service response time could be a lot better.

"Checkout was fine but a little clunky"
Checkout did work eventually, but using it on my phone felt kind of awkward. I had to put my shipping info in again once, and the page was loading slowly. Payment went through without any issues though, so it wasn’t a bad experience, just not as smooth as I’d hoped

Just a heads up for anyone ordering: the parts I received were exactly what I ordered, and the fitment matched the listing, so no issues there. That said, shipping took longer than I was hoping for, so don’t count on it arriving super fast if you’re in a hurry. No mix-ups with the parts, but plan ahead
